One-fourth Cup of Finely Chopped Onion
10 oz. of Freshly Chopped Broccoli or Thawed and Drained Frozen Chopped Broccoli
Two cups of zero-cholesterol egg product
Half a cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Half a cup of Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
One-eight Teaspoon of Black Pepper DIRECTIONS: First Preheat the Oven to 350°F. Then heat the oil on medium-high in a smallish nonstick skillet, add the chopped onions and cook till tender while stirring from time to time. Add the broccoli and mix well, then spread it out into a 9 inch pie plate pre-coated with cooking spray. Next, mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender till you achieve a fine consistency, and then pour the mixture over the broccoli and onions. After that bake it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center sets and top turns a golden brown color.
